Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Times Our products are shipped directly from our supplier. Estimated delivery time is 10–25 business days depending on your location. In some cases, delivery may take longer due to customs clearance or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please note that tracking information may take 3–5 business days to become active after shipment.

 Customs, Duties & Taxes For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs fees or import duties may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are beyond our control. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

Lost or Delayed Orders If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at support.gainixx.  We will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
